I went to buy my first climbing shoes. Customer service is excellent. I actually went during the last hour that I normally don't like to do but everyone was active the same as opening hours.nnSpecial thanks to gentlemen looking after the climbing section that day. I had so many questions and he answered me all. And the person at cash. Thank you.

Vast assortment of sports gear for a wide variety of activities. High end items, priced proportionally. There can be items offered at interesting discounts, it is worth keeping an eye on their website. Store feels spacious and bright. Plenty of parking spots available as this store is located at the Marché Central. However the vicinity can be busy on weekends. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I initially came to the store with a flat tire and a missing rayon an employee came and serviced my bike and 4 days later contacted me and said my whole back wheel had to be changed which initially didn't need to . I came to the store today and spoke to an exceptional employee called Pierre who managed to search for a cheaper wheel than the initial employee had told I must getnHe put a lot of effort in reducing my bill and promptly gave me my bike back for 200$ less and undid the mistake of the prior employee. Pierre gets a massive shout out for his courteous and loving service.

I've been shopping here for over 20 years. They have all the brand names, and their own MEC brand is great, too. High quality and good prices. Lots of selection for unique sports and for outdoor enthusiasts.nnI prefer MEC over Sail or Decathlon, I just wish they had more locations.

Saw these pair of sports sunglasses on sale online 2-3 weeks shipping but full price in store. As i couldnt wait to have them and was willing to purchase them. So i called the store today to get information on whether they have a particular item in stock as i was prompted by the website to call the store to validate the availability of stock. After getting passed around different people, the salesperson put me on hold to « check the store’s inventory ».nnAfter being put on hold for a few minutes, they just hung up on me. I guess online at halfprice it is!
