Great service! Jared was very helpful and patient in helping me choose the right bike. Prices for the bike were comparable to other bike stores offering the same bike. They had other items/accessories I was able to get with a discount. They offered free delivery in the same area and along with their friendly phone manner, these 2 things made me decide to go here instead of another store that I won't name. Overall a wonderful experience. Don't understand the 1 star comment. I was advised that if I make an appointment I can bring my bike in for a tune-up, go shopping and return in 15 minutes and my bike would be ready.

I brought a KS Lev dropper seat in for a warranty repair. Jared helped me out and provided excellent service. A great down to earth bike shop. Thanks Jared.

love that place.Didn't buy a bicycle there , but they install my accessory on my bike and the manager (super friendly)did my alignment.Highly recommended
