Great store! They have a lot of shower accessories in stock. Customer service is great and have good deals. I was hesitant on going there at the beginning due to the bad reviews but I realized they are old comments. I guess they realized they needed a boost and they made it. Excellent!!

I would give a zero star if I could as I was the store for half hour and no one asked if we needed any help. There was no one on the floor to ask questions.

Higher end bath and kitchen fixtures spread over 2 floors. Great selection of unique, modern bathroom vanities. Really liked the Unik Stone options.... they were one of a kind. Oussam was very helpful and knowledgable. He went out of his way to explain to me the pros and cons of the different options. One word of advice. Book an appointment to get the best service. Otherwise you could be waiting for an hour to see a representative.

If I could give ZERO stars for this store, I would !! Terribly uninformed salespersons. Gave WRONG info on several points. I asked about where a well-known brand of sink (Franke Kindred) was manufactured ( I found the same model elsewhere, clearly written on the box as Made in Canada) and even confirmed it from the manufacturer itself ... yet he told me it was made in China ... unlikely, for that price. Even worse, I asked about the standard size of the deckplate (base plate of the faucet that rests on the sink ledge) to decide upon the type of faucet required (with or without deckplate) and number of holes required for the sink, and he told me very assuredly, that the standard size was 10". Any lay person can do a quick Google search and find that the standard length (between centers of left and right holes, across center faucet) is 8", not 10". How can a plumbing salesperson not know something as BASIC as this ? And he insisted on telling me I needed a sink with the wrong number of holes (I have a non-standard installation) even though I showed him pictures of the current installation and what I was looking for.... I had to figure it out myself , based on info from various other websites. So what's the use of going to a plumbing store/salesperson for advice ? I ended up wasting my time and getting incorrect information and very unsatisfactory service. Nor did they have even one of the models of faucet I had come to see. There are much better plumbing stores that have well-informed salespeople on the South Shore. (Jean Lepine, Cuisi-Boutique AD etc) that gave me much better advice, things to check for, etc. Go elsewhere !!

Returned to buy a faucet after an initial visit when they kept us waiting half an hour for service (reps were mostly hiding at their desks on a Saturday). Purchased a faucet which was supposed to be delivered to store within 2 business days. 2 business days turned into a 5-day backorder wait, and then a lost item after 2 weeks of my order. Unacceptable delays when you're in a renovation project. So incredibly disappointed by the service here and will not return.
