Very good place for buying food and groceries and extremely kind employees

This shop’s customer service is degrading at a very fast pace. I was served by a chief cashier today. When I came to the cash I was literally ordered to take my items out of the shopping basket and put on the ribbon - without saying please or at least some explanation and when I said customer service is bad in the shop, he aggressively answered “it’s the best in the world”. I know how difficult it was to hire good workers before, but now, with the number of polite decent people looking for a job in the job market, IGA doesn’t have this excuse anymore. I am disappointed.

Most times don’t have the products in the weekly flyer, have to go back many times and still nothing- it feels like a trap

One of the most terrible IGA I ever visit, they start asking me to leave my bag at the cash just because I look young. When I sayed that I dont want to, they saked me to leave the store

This place is a weird place honestly. The old/young women working there are very unpleasant. Very negative energy. I don’t know why they target me. They often act creepy as if I just came out straight from the village. They keep moving my basket erratically and nervously when self checking out and touching all my food. All her energy on my head. If I needed help I can just ASK!!!That is annoying!!!
