Overall, it was an okay place to stay with some pros and some cons.nnPros:n- The water pressure and shower was AMAZING. Loved it.n- The bed and blankets were incredible. Definitely one of the best hotels beds I've stay in.n- Check-in & check-out staff were extremely friendly and helpful.nnCons:n- Zero sound deadening between rooms. I could hear full on conversations from people in the room next to me.n- Room is extremely dark and dated in some areas.n- Bathroom door was terrible and didn't even open all the way because the carpet prevented it.n- The pool is great, but not when the hotel is filled with children and they cover every hallway and elevator with water throughout the entire hotel because their parents don't teach them otherwise. Not entirely the hotels fault, obviously. However, staff didn't seem to care about ensuring the floor was dry. Every time I entered the hotel during my 24 hours there the floor was drenched the entire time. All it takes is one person to fall and hit their head and a lawsuit to happen.

My family has stayed at this hotel many times. Always our top pick when going to the Moncton area, even though it’s a little out of our way from our actual destination. Staff has always been kind and accommodating in the past. The kids love the waterslide. However on our last stay May 2023 we had some issues. At the time, the staff was very accommodating and apologetic. I felt that they were remorseful for our troubles. The end result was them offering I did not ask at all whatsoever us a free stay at their hotel in the future. I accepted. They took down my address and info. Months went by and I didn’t hear anything. I contacted the hotel and they took down my info again, apologized. Months went by. Nothing. I contacted again. Same routine. And here we are over a year later. We have been to Moncton many times over that year and not once have we returned to the Quality Inn in Dieppe. When our incident first occurred I was quite disgusted. But felt better because of the staff. Now down the road I just feel misled and taken advantage of. I should have taken my refund then and went to another hotel. The pictures can speak for themselves. Yes that is feces. One spot was wing sauce. Was on multiple areas of the sheets on a “clean” made bed. Really disappointed with the whole deal.

Enjoyed our stay. We had a corporate conference here. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Pool was great for kids. Free breakfast with enough of options.

Manager did us a solid after finding out our flight got canceled. Much appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable , breakfast was also good. Thank you guys.

My room was nice but my cover blanket was dirty the and there was no tub which was fine but the shower was so small so if ur a little thicker the shower is to small to have a good wash there was a extra roll as toilet paper I don’t no what was on it but it was black and the tv in my room did not work I called front desk someone tried to fix it but couldn’t so I had a kid with me stuck in a room with no tv I ask for clean towels in the morning at 9am as check out was for 11 and no one brought me towels when calling the desk they ignored my call when I checked out I told the lady down stairs as it was new staff about the tv the toilet paper and request for towels and she shrugged her shoulders and said there nothing I can do about that as I wasn’t looking for anything I was just letting her no but besides that the hotel is a little old but the stay was good just wish staff was nicer
