Resturant clean, and organized! Proportions are amazingly huge and hot. Price could be slightly cheaper? Service is always professional and fast! I always eat here. One of the good ones!  Vegetarian options: Different types of options  Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and kids inside and outside dining  Parking: Parking convenient.  Wheelchair accessibility: Two door entrance. Door right off the street and out eating available on a day the weather is good.  Dietary restrictions: Yes diet for all. Vegan, veggies and meat.

This place has never been my favorite but my son loves it. After the pandemic the customer service and convenience went with it! Store hours are posted for a reason. We like to go in and place are order since it doesn’t really let you customize your order. We arrived at 9pm because I got off work pretty late and was told they are only accepting online orders. Hours online states close at 10pm. I wouldn’t care if that was advertised for every location but it wasn’t! It’s starting to feel like it’s not about the customer anymore and more about profit. Do better for the customers who don’t like online ordering‼

Food was good, fairly fresh, but the staff was not very friendly. The one girl making our food literally walked away while in the middle of preparing everything and never came back. She just stood there and talked to a staff member, while some other guy had to finish up another order before coming back to ours and finishing up. The place was pretty messy in the dining area though. We didn't sit inside and we would have been quite disappointed if we had.  If you found this review helpful, please give me a thumbs up!

i was keeping track of time and the staff took 15 minutes to make my food. there wasn’t much of a rush at all they just kept doing onlines and making me wait. they were moving incredibly slow. by the time i got my burrito it was very cold. the cold toppings inside were far colder than the temperature that they should be kept at. this isn’t my first time experiencing slow service at this location.

What is going on with the staff here? There was three employees up at the front counter. When my husband went to order the girl did not want to speak up at all. She was barely audible. We ordered two queso chicken bowls because it's literally advertised that it's made one way and you don't need to ask a ton of questions. She put our meat in and was very very angry about it and when we ordered the second bowl she literally said, "forreal?!" And filled it with chicken then just walked away. A second girl finally came about five minutes later and asked if we were done. We told her the other girl just walked away. She just said "Okay" and finished our order. It was mostly rice and we got no protein. Their friends came in mid order and parked in the middle of the road. The girl stopped doing our order to hang out with her friends.  We are never coming to this dump again.  EDIT: So I got a response from the owner and did what he told me to do. ZERO response back via e-mail using the case # he gave me. The owner pretends to care by putting up these responses, but they don't actually read them or care. Save yourself a trip to the dumpster fire and go somewhere else to eat. Pathetic.

My food literally taste burnt. Then they cheated me out of steak. It's barely any steak in the bowl. It really is the workers. Some days there are sensible people working, then other days it's this kind of lackluster service. I go here because its the closest to home but I'll have to avoid this location all together im sick of it.

Terrible quality food. I normally like Qdoba just fine, but there was an acrid, burnt taste that permiated through nearly everything. The Impossible meat, the tortilla chips, the tortilla bowl, the fajita veggies, all of it had such an off taste to it. The service was fine, but I'm really disappointed by how miserable everything quality wise.

Worst qdoba on the planet. Everything taste like lime and they screw up every DoorDash order. DoorDash gave me my money back. I will never be ordering from this location again. If you want free screwed up food this is the place to go. Ask for the culinary option, you will need it. This taco place forgets the shells, even when you order extra.

It unfortunately has gone very down hill. They ran out of queso and then they ran out of rice. I waited an hour in store after ordering ahead. When we finally got our food it was wrong. They filled the burritos with beans instead of how it was ordered. Sad.
