Potato Corner

So, the fries were totally fine. I don't have a problem with the food. But it is very deceptively marketed. They advertise different size buckets but they don't tell you that they put a cone of paper at the bottom so it can't be filled up all the way. We were confused at how such a big bucket of fries was only 800 calories, well now we know. This is straight up a deceptive marketing practice and for that it gets 1 star.

I was here on the 25th of September and order the large Taters. I stood by and waited for my order. I saw other people get their order who came after me. All this time I'm watching the two kids who were working eat while making everyone's food. They were eating French fries. Finally I asked about my food. This was after about 15 minutes of waiting. They were not that busy that day. Normally they are really busy so I am used to waiting for my food here. I've been here many times. As I asked for my food they said here it is. It was under the glass. They said they had called my name but they had not. I asked why they didn't call me again. They said they do after 10 minutes. They claimed it had not been 10 minutes yet. While I was talking to the lady who was helping me, she walked away. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked for the corporate office number. She said it was a franchise. So I asked her for the owners name. The whole time the kids that were working there were giving me dirty looks and laughing and still eating. The manager said she can't give me the owners number but I could leave my number and the owner will call me back if they think it is necessary. The manager said that the owner was in the hospital having surgery and she would review the recording from the camera. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone. I gave this place 2 stars because the food and portions were really good. The customer service is not so good. I'm not saying don't go here to eat, but just beware of what you might have to deal with.

I was craving fries and wow this place was right on the middle of my path... the girl with braids was soo cute and helpful...I had no idea a potato was all that.... I'm happy I was there... this place should b everywhere...

Kind staff... I got the garlic parm fries.. Long wait, seasoning made the fries really dry , Wished I got ketchup. I might go for BBQ chips next time, but won't do fries again.

I came in today around 4:30 and the 2 girls working were so sweet and the food is AMAZING! I highly recommend if you are shopping at the mall stop by and get a bite. You will be treated so amazing and get super great food!

The new manager christina is absolutely amazing. I will most definitely be back. I got the giga original. So so good.

Its open again! Closed late 2021 and reopened late Jan 2022 according to the workers. Enjoyed my Sour Cream and Onion Giga Fries!

Really love this place. Tried tots and curly fries with chili bbq flavor and they were yummy. We will have the fries whenever we visit the mall. Owner here is nice/friendly and he welcomes with warm smile. Totally recommend this place for potatoe lovers

Management here is absolute garbage! They are extremely disrespectful towards their staff and new hires, uncommitted to a good work environment, and distasteful in their empathy to others. Unsanitary from not washing hands, and handing out tainted cups and papers. The ones who run the place and train the new hires are all on power trips with conceited attitudes. For minimum wage of $14/hr, it's a simple job to run the cash register, make fries, and hand out drinks. It is not rocket science to do this job. K.I.S.S Keep It Simple Stupid
