Nice place, clean, quick and good quality food for a fast food chain. Family friendly, they have child seat available, decent kids menu and lovely table covers with animals, and we got a seasonal story book with our order. Food was very good for a fast food chain, chicken was juicy and tender, veggies and fruit salad fresh. Restrooms were also clean, with changing table available.
Right away, I want to say - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I came with kids, so tired and so much was going on that evening and we left this place so happy thanks to the person on the register and awesome food. Thank you guys, you are the best P.S. These fresh flowers on each table are so special
My wife and I used to come here at least once a week because we liked the food, it was good price, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Now lately, it feels like the food portions and quality have gone downhill sadly. The prices have gone up and unfortunately they closed the playground for kids. Even tonight when we went, our food was delivered but they were missing half of our order. I asked the person that dropped off the food if the special watermelon Mint sweet tea was refillable, and she told me that it was. Then when I tried to get a refill they told me it wasn't. So I was very annoyed that I paid $3 for a 10 oz cup that was mostly ice and a little sweet tea with flavoring.
I got a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped instead of bun. As I was on my lunch break I sat in my car and decided to pull the pickles out and that’s when I discovered a dead fly in my sandwich, I’ve been sick to my stomach since. I reached out to the restaurant on Monday as it was a Saturday and by the time I get off work they’d already be close. In an email the marketing director responded offering me a free meal without even apologizing for the experience as if it didn’t matter. For someone who usually eats chick-fil-a atleast twice per week I’m so over it.
The chicken is delicious! I love the Honey Mustard dipping sauce and the Waffle Fries are excellent! A bit on the extravagant side of fast food. Not a fan of the way the drive thru works, so the atmosphere rates less than stellar. Otherwise, a favorite.Food: 5/5
Lately the fries have been soggy and not fresh. My chicken deluxe was dripping fluid and sloppily put together like a McDonald’s. The boy taking our order via drive thru also did not have a menu with him and wasn’t very helpful while placing. Haven’t been too happy with this locations quality last few visits.
Busy busy busy. Even with the rain and stormy weather. Great quaif food, fast service and kind employees Kid-friendliness: They have great kid meals and will give you an ice dream if you trade in your toy Parking: They cater to the drive-through so there is less parking spots
How does this place not have 5 stars yet?! They always get your order right, they are very polite, always happy and have a super nice attitude. I really enjoy this place!
Sweet staff!! Very attentive to their customers' needs She was in the bathroom and let customer go first and informed their cleaning staff of dirty cubicle. Very much appreciated action. Not the kind ud see in fastfood chain/restos nowadays! Great job on this branch!
Not one to leave comments, but this is the CLEANEST and NICEST fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Some sit down restaurants aren’t even this clean. The manager, wish I got her name, was training a new employee and you could tell she took so much pride in her work and the process of keeping the establishment running efficiently. Such a rare thing to see and clearly the place runs so well bc of her management.
