Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online, Waited an hour when we got there, and paid $35.00. Barely anything in the bowls and orders wrong. Can't believe how busy this place is for such low quality

Don't order online. My food was an hour late being finished. One guy cancelled his order and got his food faster than all the people who were already waiting. Its just terrible service.

Worst Chipotle around. Food was cold, late, and the portion size was a joke. Employees stand around while online orders are backed up. Expect to wait 20 minutes passed the promised time. Workers are slow and have terrible work ethic. Where is management?

The store likes to close early and not accept orders without any reason as to why

Slowest service ever in the history of mankind I’ve been in line for over 30mins and the line was only 6 people long I swear I will see the 2nd coming of Christ before I order my burrito. but there food is good so I wait smh

DO NOT COME HERE I PROMISE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I had a male worker put food on my plate and he was very rude and cheap about my food, gave me half of what usually get from chipotle, got some sauce on my bowl lid, looked not so pleasant meaning not clean. They are very stingy and horrible customer service! Lines are always long too!!
