Tried the jalapeño pepper slider. It was pretty great. Roast beef was fresh and juicy. The chicken tenders had the PERFECT crunch. I had the pleasure of being served by Zykel. He was fast, professional and did a great job. I can’t remember the lady’s name was who also served me today, but she was great, too. She got my order down, made sure she had it correct and gave me the shake I ordered. I know it just seems like an every day experience on the job, but you both were great. I’m a nurse and love to treat myself once in awhile to Arby’s. Every time I go there, I am treated well, get my food sooner than I thought, and keep the place clean. Its easy to forget the people who help us, but I’m glad we have you. Don’t under estimate your worth. This is only one step in your journey of life. I started out as a cashier as well. Arby’s, if you’re reading this, give these great people a raise. They are hard working people that many take for granted. To put it simply, thank you for the fresh food and doing a good job.
Did a late night drive-through because this is one of the only Arby’s open past 10 PM. The gentleman working was very nice, though I found it funny that he took our credit card at the first window, and then went around and gave us our food through the second window The fries were hot and fresh, and I’m always excited about a roast beef sandwich!
I ordered a classic roast beef with double the meat and Arby's and Horsey sauce and instead I received a regular beef and cheddar which I can't even eat since I'm highly lactose intolerant. But I didn't realize it till I was home so my daughter bonused but I was starving and I would've went back but I sat in line for a half hour the 1st time so that was a Hell Na for me.
Pierre is awesome! He is probably the best interaction that I've had with somebody at a fast food restaurant. Best employee!! Hands down... He deserves a raise!
I was turned away at the drive-thru along with many other people at 7:49 Friday night. The person on the at the back door my the drive thru screen said that "We're closed y'all can go eat somewheres else." I figured okay I'll give my money to Chick-fil-A and had a great meal and friendly service good atmosphere no drama.
I went here for lunch with a friend. The service was pretty good, they were friendly and the food was good. There was one other couple eating there also, otherwise it was pretty empty in the dining room area. With that being said, I would have expected the dining room area to be a little bit cleaner. It was hard for me to find a table without crumbs on it and if I did find one that didn’t have crumbs on it, the seats had crumbs on it. So, I think the tables and seats could have been cleaned more but besides that it was pretty good service.
I think his name was noah or andrew, but a sweet man was so polite at the drive thru despite my bad habit of using coins to pay. Amazing experience. I go here a lot after class so I'll be back soon :
The wait time was terrible! Order 2 chicken nugget kids meal and when I looked in both bags, the nuggets were missing! I had to go back and ask if they could give me the nuggets and was ask to see the bags! Should have went to the one on University because that is where I have always received excellent service!
The food is almost always "right" here. The few times I've had issues, they made it right the next time. Place seems to be kept up and clean, too.Food: 5/5
went Saturday night 30 mins before close, got an extra jalapeno popper and they plugged the sauces. fresh and hot as well.
