KFC

I am KFC loyal customer. I love the chicken little. The new chicken sandwich is great as well. The food was hot and fresh. This location was clean and organized. My favorite KFC in the twin cities.

I never received this type of customer service in my life ,she's the most silent devious cashier I ever seen ,I didn't understand anything but try to understand maybe she had a bad day ,but she's different . I asked for her name she gave me different name when I see the receipt her name on it lol ,never mind how she prepared my foodService: 1/5

Went through drive thru and the window person was excellent. Very up. Made waiting not so bad. Chicken was tender. Mash potatoes had a good amount of gravy to potato's which were more missed than mashed. Biscuit was light and fluffy. Root beer had a good mix. In and out after you leave that parking lot needs work.Food: 4/5

Seriously the best KFC on the planet! Chicken is tender and delicious! Staff is always nice & helpful. Restaurant is always clean and well maintained. I eat here very often. Never once did they get my order wrong. I do not understand any bad reviews. Anyone can have a bad day.

The manager, Cecilia, and her staff need to be fired or retrained immediately. Our family tried to order 3 pot pies and wings and we understand that sometimes you have to wait for food, but we were told very bluntly to wait for 25 mins. We asked lightheartedly for a drink or something while we wait which we've received at several places before during a long wait including this KFC but the staff, including Cecilia, were very rude. They had a harsh tone with us and they tried to act like it was our job to wait for food. NO, it's their job to serve the customer and make food in a timely manner and not have an attitude when people order food. They acted like they hated their job and that somehow it was our fault. They could have been polite about us having to wait even if they didn't want to offer a complimentary ice water drink etc. but they weren't polite at all- they have no business being in customer service! They then started talking negatively about us in Spanish not realizing that we know Spanish as well. How rude and unprofessional! When we confronted them about their unprofessionalism, they didn't even apologize or act cordially with us. We used to be loyal customers of KFC but no more! What a darn shame, you need to hire better staff!

What is customer service ever? The Mexican lady needs to be fired. What kind of manager would say they would offer you same service as online and then make you pay for something that you didn’t even got no no no no no that’s some bull

I placed an online order and I did not know what time the dining area closed. I arrived just as an employee was locking the doors, but she asked for my name and was very kind and offered to go inside and retrieve my order to bring to me, which saved me a long wait in the drive through line. I was very grateful for that kindness. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My granddaughter and I were pleased with our order. When I visit a KFC restaurant, this is my favorite location. I have rarely been disappointed with an order, and it has always been quickly rectified when I have an issue. I would recommend this location for KFC. Although we prefer their crispy fried chicken, a few pieces had to be original, because it was late and the extra crispy had run out, but I was informed of that and agreed to accept the original recipe chicken. As a regular Mountain Dew drinker, I also really like the flavor that can only be found at KFC, I really wish that could be bought in bottles. The Mountain Dew is actually an item that I have specifically visited KFC to purchase specifically, without any food.

The chicken was disappointing. The dark meat was old. Definitely not fresh. pieces were small. They don't want to give you all dark. We miss the buffet. We only go to the drive up. Where is Col. Robert? They like everyone else are giving less for more money. We are cutting down on our KFC visits.

Stopped over the lunch hour for a ToGo Extra Crispy Chicken combo. While I waited for my food I noticed the lunch buffet looked awesome, the place was super busy but the cashier sure knew was what she was doing. When she took my order she had a friendly welcoming smile and was great about letting each of us know when our food was ready. The buffet was kept full of fresh food and the dining area was very clean. When I got home I ate my extra crispy chicken, mashed potatoes and biscuit and everything was delicious! The chicken was crispy on the outside and wonderfully moist on the inside. I definitely will stop at this KFC again!

Everything I purchased was nasty except the Lemonade drink. I think they give me an order that was returned or somebody else refused and it was made 2 hours ago and they warm it up for me damn! The sandwich bread was so hard to even bites the fries was dry and cold. Going this place was waste of money and time. Never eating again and I don’t recommend either.!
