This location specifically is a high volume location, yet they close earlier than the next closest location. The drive thru seems to get the orders correct more often than any other McDrive thru I have used previously. For that, I give this location 4/5. I have never been inside, so this review pertains to drive thru only.
The food is good but the customer service needs work. They always mess up my family's order. In the drive-thru, the staff is so concerned with saying "Is that all? Is that all?"that they cut you off midsentence to say it. I literally gave them a coupon code from the mobile app and they asked "Ok, is that all?" ...I hadn't ordered anything yet.
Employee at the window did not speak. They took the money and then closed the window. He then returned, opened the window with his face, looked into the store, handed me the food, and closed the window. I checked the order, and it was correct, except I wanted ketchup. I had to knock on the window, and a different employee assisted me. She apologized and thanked me. Maybe the other person was not able to talk. Parking: Both sides of the building. Approximately 20+ slots
This is was definitely not the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the twin cities. Ordered two DOUBLE quarter pounders and 10pc McNugget. We instead received two quarter pounders and mcnuggets. They misheard my order and gave me quarter pounders. I suspect they didn’t even do that. The meat was flat, not juicy and reminded me of the regular burger meat from a Big Mac. To make matter worse my burgers were completely COLD . Luckily we were not charged for the wrong items. The mcnuggets were very hot so that was fine. I’ve had juicy delicious quarter pounders before and this just made me depressed. I was excited to order at the Golden Arches but this place isn’t that. This is just a fast food joint…nothing special. No love. Skip this place.
I gave them a 1 star because i eat my food in my car w/my 5 yr old son. When i finished i put on my mask and we headed towards the door ... i wanted to potentiality get a refill of the pop, that i purchased 10 minutes prior, at their establishment. I talked to the person delivering for curb-side... and asked for a refill. The attendant had to run inside and ask... finally came back outside to inform me, that they werent permitted to give us refills anymore or allow us into the store, in order to do it ourselves. I understand that its their policy, and believe that somehow not allowing refills is going to control a force of nature. That is their right to believe that, and it is my right to disagree, tell my story its not really about the refill, its everything and give that McDonalds a 1 star.
Order taker and another employee were messing around. She squealed over the mic and said I love you. They almost gave my cone to car ahead of me. They forgot the bbq sauce.Food: 3/5
Ordered my usual in the drive through. Quarter pounder meal got almost half way through my burger and say too much pink meat . My burger was way under cooked. Didn't have time to drive back because I was on my lunch break . Ugh
I like this place but they need to fix the posted dine-in hours on their south door it still says 5am not 7 and they don't have a sheet of paper up with correct hours the correct hours are posted on north door Also, it's be nice if they went back to pre COVID dine in hours. Car culture, equality, etc
It sinks really bad inside and it was coming from the food. Grease that's been sitting with a stench of morbid meat rotting away but being cooked. The happy meals were brought into my vehicle and you could smell that horrible foul smell in my vehicle for a few days. I only ordered a Powerade drink and it tasted awful like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Thank God my kids didn't get sick..but they said it was fine so I let them eat but I won't be doing McD's for a looooooong time if ever.
The staff seems friendly lately. I had stopped going here for a long time because they would mess up my order every time but now they only did it once for the past few orders. I know the cooks are on autopilot but it's good to see that they are more on top of it now. That corrected the confusion fast.Food: 4/5
