Marta Cafe and Pantry

I was in town with my partner from Seattle and stopped by this place while it was really busy around lunch time. The man who was in charge who I suspect is probably the owner was extremely nice and after we waited for around 10 minutes he offered to make extra seating by bringing a table from the outdoor dining area. Truly a nice gesture that some restaurants I’ve been to lack. Great service and food! Will definitely come again if I’m in the area!

Genuinely the best brunch I’ve had in years. Great vegan options!! I got the grain bowl, which was absolutely to die for. Also split one of their giant caramel pecan brownies with my friends and we all agreed that it was hands down the best brownie we’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Absolutely blown away by this lovely little restaurant. Today was my second visit in a week. I had the savoury breakfast bowl on my first visit. Delicious, fresh, healthy and delicious. Today I tried the ultimate chicken sandwich w a beautiful side salad. The chicken burger was truly the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crunchy, seasoned and juicy. I will be here a lot. The servers are adorable as is the space. Just loved it!!!! So highly recommend. Parking: Street parking Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options.

Always amazing. So happy they opened up in our neighbourhood and great food is just steps away. Just tried the tofu bowl today normally I get the BLAT or egg sandwich and was blown away. Such. Good. Food.

I was excited to dine here but I was pretty disappointed with the experience. First they forgot about a coffee I ordered and then they forgot about the eggs and the bacon which came out late soft and barely cooked. I can appreciate that they were busy but that’s kind of normal for a Saturday at 11 am. I won’t be returning.

Wowowow. Such fresh brilliant food and an inspiring menu. The space is welcoming and just lovely to be in.

Have been a few times for brunch, this was our first time for dinner. Menu was fantastic, presentation was gorgeous, and the food itself was top shelf. Was blown away that they could pull all that together in the tiny space in my neighborhood.

My friend and I just returned from having lunch at Marta's. Both of us were very pleased. I had the Crispy Tofu bowl. It was terrific in every way. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. Give Marta a whirl...you will be happy you did.
