I worked with 3-4 furniture stores but Purba is my favorite and it is because of few reasons. The top most reason is it’s furniture and accessories are gorgeous. You can see these pics from my living room. All of my friends liked the furniture and decorations. The customer service is very good. Price wise they are not bad but you need to bargain for better price which is common everywhere
In less than a year the bed set we bought here started peeling and two years later is in absolutely abysmal condition. We don’t abuse our furniture or damage it in anyway. Just regular use resulted in almost all pieces peeling the sticker like material on top of everything. Highly recommend not buying anything here. I would have overlooked the extremely late delivery and the poor assembly by delivery people leaving me to attach the handles and carry the pieces up, even though we paid for delivery and assembly but the extreme peeling on every corner and every piece is extremely disappointing. Please look at my photos to see that this wear has absolutely nothing to do with us and just a result of materials failing due to normal home temperature changes.
Best place for furniture shopping. Really helpful owners who worked with me every step of the way including all the covid related delays. Been their customer for years and everyone I have referred here has been happy as well. Easy recommend
Best place in terms of quality and price. Bought a mattress from this place and it was really comfortable and the whole staff of the store was very helpful especially Gagan. She helped me to find a good mattress, the one that I required and it was also delivered on time as promised. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
We moved to a new house and we bought almost all of our furniture from purba furniture, everything was delivered on time. The delivery guys were very helpful and assembled everything perfectly. The owner of the place Gurmeet was helpful and gave the best customer service. So nice
Always a best place to buy all type of furniture, this store having huge variety, as compared to other stores, staff is very helpful, delivery service was also ausum. Its highly recommended store from my side, must visit there. Thanks
I made a deposit for a sofa and when I came back after a few months to get it. They want to sell me a floor model. When I refused to buy it, they refused to refund me. I do not recommend this store.
Worse worse worse service ever. I ordered sofa in October 2021 and got it in 2022 March and didn’t receive pillows that I ordered. Finally received pillow which was wrong fabric and then went in store 5 times just for pillows and finally they delivery which was wrong size. And the sofa which was custom made with hard wood is not soft from one side. Wouldn’t recommend it. They talk sweet but really don’t see their problem.
Bought a glass console table here last week, price is very fair. I picked up the unit, opened it at home and it was broken in the leg. Our salesperson, Mr Mansoor, was very helpful and replace us a new unit. Very happy with the purchase, definitely would come back and refer friends in the future!
