SQDC - Laval — Chomedey

The employees are extremely nice and service is fast and efficient BUT unlike the SAAQ they can not tell you anything about the products they sell.

I went into the store and made a purchase of 3 different items. Upon going to my vehicle for literally 1 minute checked my product and saw that 90% was not in the package. I went back inside to show the representative at the counter, I was spoken to by 3 different guys who pretty much said I concealed the product when I went into my vehicle and how would they know if I didn’t open the package and remove the product and come back inside. I was told in front of clients I pretty much stole and came back inside and too bad so sad about my missing product. I couldn’t believe the treatment I was getting and left the store with no solution. Zero service , zero empathy. No customer service skills.

So I’m not crazy If one time I ended up with nothing in one and 2.6 in the other one and it was already open I didn’t look by trust but that one and the one in repentigny , now I open it in the store to be sure

Have been to this location numerous times because of one exceptional worker there. Adriano stands out amongst the entire team there. He’s a hard worker, always very present and passionate about what he does. The service is always great and kind. If ever you visit, do make a point of connecting with Adriano.

Just opened! Very clean and new place!nParking lot is a little small.
