1/5 stars Would not come back herenI was visiting Lebec while my sister was on a layover and wanted to check out the thrift scene. Here is where I experienced the worst customer service of my entire life.nnI was excited to try some new pants on since I have a concert coming up and had 5 or 6 pairs.nnThe employee in charge of the fitting rooms, gave me menacing glances when I interrupted his phone call and asked for assistance. I brushed it off and tried my items onnnHe then yelled at me for being in the fitting room for too long. I checked the time I had taken my first photo in the jeans and I had been in there for around 10 minutes so far.nnIt honestly made me silently sob a bit and I put my clothes back on and left in a rush. I can’t shop somewhere where I feel emotionally unsafe.nnI know the economy sucks and jobs can be stressful but I don’t appreciate being screamed at.nnThe employee was a man with short black hair. He is white and had I believe he had glasses on.nnIf you return, avoid him at all costs

I visited your store today for the second time, and once again, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the young man at the jewelry counter. Although I forgot to ask his name, I wanted to make sure to share just how exceptional his service was. He greeted me with a warm smile, remained cordial and patient throughout the entire process, and made sure I had everything I needed with a genuine willingness to help. His positive energy and professionalism truly made my experience memorable.nnI was so impressed that I gave another glowing review on Cure Labelle in Laval. I really appreciate the excellent customer service your store provides, and I’ll definitely be back in the future. Keep up the great work!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my recent visit to Renaissance laurentides truly made my day.nnI stopped by to drop off a donation, and from the moment I arrived, the level of customer service stood out. The gentleman at the drop-off center was incredibly kind and appreciative—he even thanked me for bringing clean and folded clothes.nnI then went inside the store to browse. The man at the cash was just as welcoming—he greeted me warmly and took a moment to ask how my day was going. It may seem small, but that kind of genuine interaction is rare these days, especially in larger retail environments.nnThe overall atmosphere was so positive, friendly, and uplifting. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do, and it really shows.

I’m well aware it’s Easter and wanted to have a shopping day , I checked to see if it’s open before going and it clearly says “ closes 8pm” drove 20 mins for it to be only open for donationnUpdate your data please
