Very bad service at this store. I gave the exact measurements I wanted to have, I was told I had to order three pieces to cover my window. They made 2/8 inch too big mistake on two pieces and a half inch too big on the middle piece. If they had been for individual windows they would have still fit but since all three pieces went into the same window their mistakes added up. I was told that they would fix it and when I got to the store the rep acknowledged the error but was looking for excuses. She started removing pieces off of the base to make it fit but that doesnt make the bottom smaller. Not to mention that the base will be weaker and for a large blind will make it warp more easily. Finally, I got annoyed and fixed them myself with my saw. Had I not had a 1500$ saw at home and a bunch of clamps I would have been totally screwed because their one inch error made them overlap and look bad! I had to waste my time because of their error, and my cut was so much cleaner then theirs!! Horrible service! Why do they bother taking measurements to 1/8 if they dont honour them and their only apology is that its not a big difference. They are really careless.....

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but given the horrible service I received at the St Martin location in Chomedey Qc I felt I had to. Both times I went I was served by representatives that were not bilingual. They did not speak a word of English. This is extremely unacceptable especially for a large company with so many branches operating in both the US and Canada. This highly impacts the client experience.The second time I went to confirm my order the representative was also exceptionally rude to me. I've never been treated so bad at a store. The service was so horrible I decided to cancel my order. Please dont go to this location it's not worth your time.

Worst customer service ever..the blinds were too large ..they a mistake in the measurements and said I had to pay half for they to re-do the blinds. Never going back !!! If I could put 0 star I would

overall experience was good. the girl was very nice and helpful in choosing all the styles and colours we needed. she was new so we ended up having an unresolved issue about the specs on our living room blinds. we bought real wood ones and they're fairly heavy. since our window is 90 inches wide she said to make it in 2 pieces so that the wood wouldn't warp when we lifted it. so we took her advice. she said the space in between would be so minimal that barely any light would come in the house. after installation we noticed the gap was too much and light was coming in so we decided to call them. long story short they said we could have actually gotten 1 long piece because our window didn't surpass the limit which is actually 90 inches. well thanks for the wrong info, now were stuck with these blinds that cost 600$ and they said we had to pay half if we wanted them to redo them completely for us even though it was THEIR mistake. we didn't pay therefore we didn't get them fixed. waste of money. so, if you plan on going there, make sure you speak to someone with experience who is knowledgeable enough not to screw up and cost you more money in the end.
