Just purchased a new car recently and I am glad that Clark is my sales consultant. He demonstrated great deal of professionalism and willingness to understand my need. We have tackled several challenges during the whole process and I am extremely satisfied with the final results. At the end of the purchasing process, Jeff the Financial Manager also provided the final touch on this overall great experience. This dealer offers excellent customer relation and support. I had never previously dealt with this dealer, but once I showed up at their location, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Upon meeting my salesperson, I was able to express comfortably and without pressure all my questions. The salesman explain to me what he had to offer, and then gave me some interesting options to consider. I ended up listening to him and actually bought a completely different vehicle then my original selection. As the dealer did not and could not find in stock what I was looking for, they proceeded to order one from factory. I am very happy with my selection of dealer and my new vehicle. I look forward to a long and successful relationship. I strongly recommend Lincoln Height Ford as source to purchase your new vehicle.

We recently found ourselves in need of a new vehicle on short notice. Doug Herd spent a great deal of time with my wife and I test driving various options. His patience and kindness meant the world to us. The entire buying experience was stress-free and pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about how Lincoln Heights treated us...all the way from looking, test driving, and sorting out the financial and paperwork aspects. We are so pleased we chose this dealership!

Honestly speaking, I don’t like give comment since I am pretty lazy. I just bought a car today from Clark! I feel so excited. Clark is an amazing person with strong characteristics and always willing to help. I was thinking about buying a Mustang. After talking to him, I decided switching to Fusion. He made prudent suggestions according to my needs. That’s what I feel make him different! Go for Ford, go for Clark.

Friendly service, quality work. Had an appointment for 830 for tire change over and oil change. Left the dealership at 1130. Just wish I could have been told up front it was going to be a while, didn’t have a lot going on that day but if I had known there were cars or other vehicles ahead, I would have just dropped my vehicle off for the morning and come back later. Other than that, was a good experience!
