Pottery Barn

The store was excellent (a five star) until they let Todd go! Right now they have no one who knows design or who can really help me decorate my condo.The Pottery Barn is hurting big time without Todd's expertise and I have no desire to shop there any longer. In my estimation the store has really gone down hill without him, especially since they have no replacement! Please bring Todd back!

Pottery Barn will not price adjust. Spent $5000 on a media unit and coffee table. 2 weeks later it goes on sale for 30% off. Was told it is the policy to not price adjust, too bad so sad. Hopefully others will learn from this review before dropping big money. Please vote this as helpful so it is the first review people read.

Waiting for a coffee table for 3 month. In the contract their estimated delivery date is mid Jan. Now is the end of Feb and no one called us. Called them several times, but no one in the store knows what is happened to the item and when we are going to receive it. They have the worst customer service, and very dishonest with their customers. If there was negative numbers I would give it. Run away from this store.

Great options for decorating your home, it may be pricey but high end home decor comes at a cost! Their faux floral and flameless candles are fantastic. I have been shopping at pottery barn for years (in USA) and I'm glad there is a store in Edmonton!
