A young lady helped me with my colour, texture and design questions. Understanding they are her point of view, she answered my questions and even in fact had me become more specific about my needs! The three young ladies at check out were engaging, efficient and fun.

When I came into the store the two of the workers we actually sleeping on one of the beds, and they were not very knowledgeable about their products. It seems every time I come into any urban barn they is something wrong with the system and it takes forever at the till. I am only giving two stars as I love the products from urban barn.

Don't buy stuff from here! Stuff came not as described on the floor. You have to pick it up from another companies warehouse with staff who have no idea what is going on. You have to give your drivers license number to pick it up or they will refuse. When returning.. have to do it again to the non ub warehouse where they don't know what is going on. Had to bug urban barn 5x about putting it back on my card which 2 weeks later still is not done.

Excellent customer service. I actually received a personalized email from one of the sales associates letting me know that the particular coffee table I was interested in was going to be on sale. That same associated helped me to pick out the perfect couch and color just a few weeks before. We need another sectional and will most certainly be going back to Urbam Barn.

Picking up the product from the warehouse is ghetto. There is no signage for the facilty. Nobody knew what was going on. Not impressed.
