WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ordered a bed and 1 week later it broke, STILL waiting for parts 2 months later, with multiple phone calls and 3 separate shipping dates, STILL NOT HERE! 7 months pregnant sleeping on a broken bed. This is NOT OKAY! They will do NOTHING to help you and solve the issue. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!! Not worth dealing with these people. Oh yeah, they respond saying “sorry to hear about your poor experience please email us,” 1 week later STILL NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL!!!! 🙄

If I could give a negative number I would. Worst place to buy furniture ever, take your business elsewhere and save yourself a headache. Salesman, who turned out to be a manager, outright lied to us about a floor model fridge. He said it was last year's model, and they needed it gone so they could bring in this year's model, and it was a great deal. We purchased it, and it has been a nightmare since. When we replaced the filter for the water and ice, the water function stopped working. We called to get a repair done, and that person told us the fridge is actually a 7 year old model! We called Ashley's and spoke to the manager, who happens to be the man who sold us the fridge, and he outright denies telling us it was last year's model. He was at first willing to do something to rectify the situation, but when we went in to talk to him and see the fridge he was willing to exchange ours with, it was a cheaper model that wouldn't fit our space. After we said we wouldn't take that model, he told us he couldn't help us. We have been fighting with them for 2 years, trying to get a fridge that works. We have had a repair person out 3 times, and still can't get it to work. Even their head office will do nothing. We have been forced to now call the BBB, and hope these creeps are held responsible. Terrible service, lying staff, and overall disgusting business practices. We will make sure everyone we know takes their business elsewhere.

I came in looking to purchase a couch, Keith, politely and promptly, approached me asking what brought me in. I told him I was in need of couch and he showed me a couple to give me an idea, then he left me to my own devices. He was attentive, he regularly checked up on me to see if I had questions. When I was ready to make my purchase, Keith, rang me up and I was finished in matter of minutes! Keith was very professional and friendly.
