Beautiful furniture for a decent price. They were able to hold our furniture while we were transitioning between houses. Delivery guys Sam and Mo were very good with communication and very friendly. They gave us advice as to where to place our bedroom set and set it up in a timely manner. They took great care to fix and blemishes that I noticed before they left.

TLDR; BEWARE the delivery service. No issues with the store/shopping experience, just rent your own vehicle to haul. While I have literally never written a poor review for a place before, I feel it's necessary this time. My partner and I purchased a couch and recliner chair a few weeks back and our in-store experience was totally fine, no complaints there. We found what we wanted it, purchased, no biggie. We opted for delivery and "installation" of the new stuff and removal of our old furniture since it was old and trashed and we own a civic We paid an additional $200 for deliver and disposal of the other items... definitely should have just rented a u-haul instead. The delivery people arrived on time, then started to unload when we mentioned that they may want to take out our current furniture first as our place is fairly cozy. They then said that they would not be taking our furniture as it was only a drop off in the yard... We of course disagreed with that and then the driver proceeded to claim his truck was totally full and he could not take our stuff even if he wanted... luckily the back was open and we walked around and saw it was 100% empty. We pointed this out and he went back to his original "you never paid for that service argument" to which we brought out our itemized invoice and he finally agreed to load our stuff into his "full" trailer.... so basically, if you're looking for lower budget, decent furniture like us we have pets so were never wanting anything high end just functional but beware of their delivery service... and keep your itemized invoice on hand just in case.

I am very pleased with the service I got at factory Direct. From my initial visit to the store up to the delivery of my sofa bed. Dean has been super helpful in store and Sam and Mo were awesome at delivery. They are super friendly and made sure my sofa was set up properly before they left. Sam and Mo also took the time to explain the safety tips and provided instructions needed to operate the product. Thank you guys so much appreciate all your help. Highly recommended!

This is the third time my family has bought furniture from this business. Every time we get 10/10 service from sales, delivery and management. The manager, Dean, is very helpful and accommodating! And the delivery gentlemen, Sam, is a amazing! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting great service, great product and great pricing! Thank you!

My wife and I ordered king-size bed with mattress, they have been diligent and easy to work with. They supplied us with a temporary boxspring until our frame showed up which was awesome and very convenient as we had just had a baby. We are grateful to have much more room and excited for our entire set. I also wanted to say that Moe and Sam were great when they brought everything into the house, very nice men and well spoken! Can’t say enough about these guys!

Best experience I've had with furniture. Sales team was good I didn't feel pressure or hassle to buy. The delivery team Sam and Moe did a great job of dismantling and reassemble to get the sofa and recliner loveseat into my basement to fit and not damage my walls. I received my new bedroom suit yesterday, it is absolutely beautiful and I love it. The delivery and installers were great. Sam and his son were patient and helped me moved everything around to find the best set up. It was a great experience.

From the showroom floor staff to the owner, they will make you feel at home when making your next big purchase. They had great input in things we never considered. We recently bought a dining table, there was some original hiccups, however they went beyond to correct the issues. Couldn't have been more impressed. Extra special shout out to Sam and Mo the deliver guys, they went above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts. The service and product you will receive are just fantastic!

I bought a Serta Bed set at the Brick. After arriving at the Brick warehouse, I was advised that they had no box springs due to a shortage. I decided to visit Factory Direct to see if there was a shortage. Not only did they have box springs, Dean beat the Brick's price on the bed I needed! Dean; Thank you so much to you & your staff for your help, I finally have a decent bed & can catch up on some sleep!
