I needed a new TV, went to Aarons. Got a great brand new TV. So I decided that I could use a new laptop and got one. All in less than a half hour. I thought the staff were very professional and helpful.

They treated us very well when we bought our surround sound system. We had it paid out in no time and would use them again as their prices on most items aren't astronomically marked up like easy home

I have 2 tvs purchased from Aaron's the guy who conned me into signing the contract told me they service where I was moving to 40mins east of edm. I call to have my tvs moved and was told they dont service outside Edm and iff I moved the tvs myself the warranty is void and to pay the tvs outt or return them with no refund. With every late payment they threaten to repo the tvs which is horse sheitt considering they wouldn't bring it outt here in the first place!! I called them a couple few times for help with where to gett replacement stand and remote I even offered to pay for itt 3months ago and was completely sluffed off even by the store manager.. the staff is arrogant the prices ridiculous inventory sucks and location worse then it was on 118ave.. wouldn't recommend to anyone hope they go outta business better off with the brick or Best Buy 100%!!!!
