Great gym for the price when I joined for their Elmwood location. I pay $9.99 a month ( I am not sure if I'm grandfathered in or how long that lasts), however their price has increased to $16.99 a month for a very basic medium sized gym has doesn't have a shower or long business hours in which you can take advantage of their services. I was very satisfied and aware of what this gym was when joining, this review is in response to the ridiculous price hike for new members. I do not think it's worth that much a month when there are plenty of comparable gyms that offer a much lower price. I will take my business elsewhere if or when my monthly bill increases. Fantastic experience there otherwise for the most part.

Well-run and managed gym. Never too crowded. Manager and staff always very friendly. Love this gym.

Has all the machines I need. People are friendly and unassuming, respectful. Clean. I never have a problem with it being too busy.

Good place if you're just looking for a simple gym. There's not many classes, but the rates are cheap and the hours are good. One of the only places I can go to since I currently work night shift
