Pizzaiolo Gourmet Pizza

I've visited this place regularly over the past year or so, and really noticed a difference since the summer, when I believe the ownership changed hands. The pizza has always been prompt, with an excellent dough that is cooked to perfection, crunchy on the outside and soft on the in. The pizzas, although thin, are packed with flavour and are never greasy (I tend to dab the grease off of pizza pizza's with napkins because there's just a pool of oil on there). I've never ordered delivery so can't comment on that, but love the environment, music, bustling energy of the small joint. Price is a little steeper than the usual fast food joints, but you really see where the money went. Worth checking out!

Owner Raj is a great guy. I know all the cooks. Very professional and diligent. They take excellent care of their customers. Store is always clean and inviting. I drive out of my way to get their pizza. Great veg options too.

Kind and pleasant staff, always fresh. They are efficient, which I like. Pizza crust nicely thin and good selection to choose from!

The pizza was delivered over an hour late. Almost 2 hours to be exact. On top of that, it was extremely cold. When I called they said they have to speak to the manger and never got a call back. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The worst experience ever. Called back the next day and got the same excuses waiting for a manger to call back.

I just visited this pizza place. It was the worst pizza I ever had. I visited pizzaiolo a couple years back and the pizza was good. I will not be going back there. I would advise people looking for pizza on lakeshore rd w in Mississauga not to go to pizzaiolo .
