The 5 stars at my first visit has 90% to do with the epitome of what customer service at a restaurant should be. This is the 2nd review in Canada I have provided after travelling to 90 countries DUE TO A GREAT SERVER!!!! Gabor should really be named a team leader to have the other servers shadow him on what customer service is about.nnBeing in the customer service business albeit in the high tech industry I know how to spot a servant leader. My own mentorship mantra is exemplified through our talks on YouTube channel => “womenLIKEus mentors”nnGabor is just that…a servant leader who loves his job and gives attention to detail.nnThe food came out quickly with high quality and Gabor came around several times to ensure the move from outside to inside due to possibly storm brewing was seamless.nnThe house manager / owner was at the front and ensuring management of the flow of outside to inside table turn overs due to wind/rain.nnThe pizzas were great and large even for happy hour servings, truffle fries, grilled calamari, and Brussel sprouts with bacon were very flavourful.nnKudos to the team here and to management my recommendation would be to give GABOR a chance to lead a team and encourage learning his traits so these servers will get a >20% tip consistently!!nnGreat first visit.

Loved this place and had no idea this was right in my backyard. We had a gal's birthday celebration with a friend who had driven in from Montreal and her sister that had flown in from BC to surprise her plus my gal pal and I who live near here. It was epic. Food was amazing, super tasty and great portion sizes. For me, the bone marrow, grilled calamari and big charcuterie plate were my faves. We did happy hour too and the drinks were so on point. Service was excellent with super-friendly and very knowledgeable servers. I can't wait to visit again!

My bff took me to this fancy port side restaurant for my birthday dinner, overlooking the harbor with some great views!nnFor the appetizers, we went with the foraged mushroom crostini and grilled calamari, loved the former but not a fan of the grilled calamari due to its chewy texture.nnFor the mains, had to go with the Fettuccine Alfredo and something unconventional when its came to pizzas, the Parmigiana came with roasted eggplant which was a treat for the taste buds.nnDessert was Tiramisu, and you can never go wrong with that!nIn all, a fab evening, with great customer service in the company of a forever friend a woman with a heart of gold and strength unlimited!

Had a wonderful relaxed time on the patio. Highly recommend the salmon, perfectly cooked with a beautiful crispy skin. The summer salad went well with it. Couldn't resist the creme brulee with a limoncello on the side. Love to come back again.

Posta Italbar Cucina is such a vibe—stylish, lively, and perfect for a night out. The menu hits that sweet spot of modern Italian comfort: pastas cooked perfectly al dente, shareable plates that come out beautifully, and pizzas with that crisp-chewy crust. Cocktails are well made, the wine list is solid, and the service feels polished but still friendly. It’s the kind of place where you start with “just dinner” and end up lingering for another drink. Highly recommend for date night or a friends’ celebration.
