Story

Raw Aura was established August 2009, founded on the principle of balance, and fuelled by a passion for healthy homemade cuisine without having to compromise on flavour!

Over the years, we’ve stayed true to our roots, offering delicious *living food, drink and dessert options that satisfy all palettes.

All of our meals, drinks and desserts are made from scratch, using only the finest ingredients, whether they be locally sourced, organic or both, and our fair is entirely vegan, gluten and sugar free, which enables people with specific dietary restrictions the opportunity to order freely off our menu.

Our tasty food options, alongside a positive and inclusive restaurant setting, has afforded us the opportunity to bridge the gap between people with different nutritional values, which is something we are truly grateful for.

We are thankful to all of our customers, and look forward to many more years of sustainability!

Been here a couple times now and the first couple times enjoyed their food. I realized that compared to other restaurants of the same nature, it is a little pricier but the food tasted good. Not sure if anything has changed but went there recently and was NOT impressed with the food. The size of the meal was so small and the quality of ingredients were lacking. Tomato was pale, lettuce was pale and mediocre in taste. The price they charge for the portion and quality is a rip off. I’ve been to another vegan restaurant that has similar dishes bigger potions at a couple dollars less and taste great. I had one of their wraps and still felt hungry after that I had to eat again because it was not filling at all. Doubt I’ll be going back here.

Tried raw aura for the first time. Also my first time at a vegan restaurant. My friends and i each picked something different so we could share and try different things. We had an appetizer, mains, and shared a couple desserts. The food exceeded my expectations! Everything was delicious! We have already talked about when we will return. One thing, you should make a reservation. The place is quite cozy and while we were there a dozen people came in and had to be turned away as there were no seats.

This place is amazing. The food is prepared in front of you but won’t make your clothes smell because it’s all raw. The food itself is great, you gotta know that it is raw, so don’t expect to eat anything cooked. I love how creative they are with their meals. The wait staff is amazing. Super kind and helpful. The atmosphere is great. It’s small and cosy but it has a lot of charm. The deserts and smoothies here are definitely powerful. A few bites and you’ll get full.

A tiny jewel in the heart of Port Credit. Enjoy excellent vegan cuisine. I’m an omnivore and I really enjoyed the miso soup and house salad. All the menu items looked fantastic. Funky atmosphere with cool background music, and knowledgeable staff. Don’t attempt to order anything that deviates from the menu. Organic beers and wines were very good. A surprisingly enjoyable experience, I’ll definitely eat there again.

This is by far my favourite local restaurant. You never leave and feel that gross "I ate garbage food" feeling that you get from most chains. Everything is so nutritious and tasty. It is filling and nutrient dense. People who have never been get turned off by the "raw" thing but I have to say everything tastes so delicious and fresh and I have converted all of them into believers. The only downfall to this resto is how small this place is. Not a lot of wriggle, shoulder or table room and you have got to reserve to get a spot, but the amazing food, tasty desserts and friendly service is so worth it. The burrito is my favourite.
