The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro Port Credit

Went to this location twice. It was awesome, the second time we had to call in because we were going to come in 20 minutes before closing. The waitress was super nice, she was patient with our order and didn’t rush us to finish. This is easily one of the best burger places in the area. There are so many topping options, the burgers are literally what you make them to be. You can swap out toppings if you want. The menu might seem a little confusing the first time you come here but it’s great otherwise. It’s worth it for the $16 price because you get a burger with a side of your choosing. Also, it’s still pretty well priced compared to most places in the area. Love this place

This cozy restaurant is great for eating in at a table and for getting food to go or delivery ordered online. Alcoholic drinks are a reasonable price but limited to about 10 drinks on the menu. The food is fresh and hot from the kitchen and burgers can be customized to stretch the menu offerings to more than 50 choices. A small appetizer and dessert menu is also available and the restaurant is child friendly. The gluten free buns are incredibly good and are soft and don't fall apart, so I would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for gluten free food.

We waited 45 minutes for our food (these 2 guys behind me were waiting an hour and eventually left the restaurant because they couldn't wait any longer) so the kitchen service was VERY slow. It even took them 15-20 minutes to get us beer.My husband and I ordered burgers with coleslaw. The coleslaw looked very stale but decided to have a few bites thinking maybe it looks dark because of the sauce... No it wasn't the sauce it was old and stałe. Told the server that this coleslaw is bad definitely not fresh we want a fresh one..all she said "I recommend getting some other side not the coleslaw again (clearly tells u she knows that it's bad) so we both got some different side. After eating and paying.. As soon as we stepped outside my my stomach gets sick and my husband ends up puking. I go back inside to complain and get my money back and while I'm waiting for the manager I see from afar that the staff is dumping the whole tray of coleslaw to the garbage. Manager then comes saying can't be the coleslaw they make it fresh, clearly huge lie since I saw them dump it after I complained. Manager says that our stomachs just must be sensitive to the food and gave us a coupon to eat free next time....long story short do not eat there! They lie and don't care about customers... Get a new manager Port Credit The Works!

The food was amazing! Our server Alyssa was absolutely outstanding! I took my parents there to eat (It was their first time eating at the Works) and we left feeling so full and satisfied with the food and the service! They said that they will definitely go back and so will I!

We were really excited to try the burgers here but were very disappointed on our first, and frankly last, visit. When we arrived the restaurant had a few customers seated but it was not even half full, we had to wait to be seated even though there were many available tables. After being seated, it took another 15 mins or so for our order to be taken. We waited about 35 minutes for our food (two burgers!) We had to ask for everything (cutlery, napkins, water...) On a Friday night they only had 2 waitresses working! Burgers tasted OK but not great. Definitely not worth the $18 price tag.
