Pump House Grille Co.

We visited Port Credit for the Canada Day celebrations and had planned to have lunch elsewhere. However, because our child wasn’t feeling well due to the heat, we decided to stop at Pump House Grill so she could cool down and hopefully feel better.nnWhen we first entered, she said she was feeling a little better, so we asked for a table. Unfortunately, the table assigned to us didn’t have good airflow or cooling, and she soon started complaining of a headache again. We requested another table with a fan or better air conditioning, but were told the restaurant was completely full.nnA little later, I took her to the restroom to splash some cold water on her face. On the way back, I noticed two tables were vacant, so I requested again and we were eventually moved. While I appreciate that accommodation, the service after that felt noticeably less attentive.nnOne thing I truly appreciated was that the staff provided an ice pack, which gave my child significant relief. Thank you for that thoughtful gesture.nnAs for the food, it was average overall. However, the Korean fried chicken was disappointing because the chicken was almost charred, which affected both the taste and texture.nnOverall, while I appreciate the staff’s help with the ice pack and eventually moving us to another table, the inconsistent service and the quality of some of the food left us with a less-than-satisfactory experience.

We went after work for a late lunch, and everything was delicious! The karaage bowl was hot and flavourful, the burgers were juicy, and the fries crispy and not too crunchy! The staff was on the ball for such a large group with friendly service. My compliments to everyone there!

The Pump House is a fantastic spot with a beautiful atmosphere, great food, and excellent service. The menu offers a nice variety, and everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, dinner, or drinks with friends, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

First time trying this place out. Came for a social gathering. Got to try the nachos, wings, and bread appetizers. They were great. I got the indication that the people I went with also had a very great time. Beers are on the pricy side. The artist singing and playing the guitar was very good as well. I have a fun evening. I would consider eating here again.

We had the pleasure of spending our saint Patrick’s day dinner there this evening. We sat close to the door, by Barry, the doorman/complete gentleman. He even handed us some collapsing Guinness shades our son really enjoyed.nOur waitress Reese was very kind and genuine. Great experience overall, especially enjoyed the Irish dancers they brought in. My mother taught Irish dancing back in Ireland, so it was a lovely touch to the evening for us.nThanks again Reese and Barry, and the rest of the staff, for an enjoyable dinner out, on saint Patrick’s day!
