We sat at the bar and were looked after by Darrah. Her service was great and the food and drinks were amazing. She is a great conversationalist who made me and my fiancé feel so welcome. The managers Julia and Madi also came by to check on us and make sure things were going well. We came in specifically for a margarita pizza and it was exactly what we were looking for. Overall this was a great dining experience. Great prices for happy hour beers and eats. We will definitely be back more than once.
We went here for lunch on valentines day. Our waitress Abby was super nice!!nWe started with the chicken lettuce wraps, and they were so delicious. We will definitely order these again next time! The bigger better burger and fries and the cajun chicken alfredo were also really good.nnAbby brought us a dessert on the house at the end, which made our day!nnI ordered a lemonade to drink, but it was just okay. Will try something different next time.nnOverall, it was a really good experience.
We had an awesome lunch on 10th January, where our server Alanna guided us so well that we had one of th best experience in Earls ever.nFood was awesome with great ambience & as it was my birthday the small cake with candle as asked during reservation was perfect icing we could have asked for..Superb experience
This place is always busy. Not suitable for people who want fine dine and conversationnnFood quality was high.nnSpinach dip was a good appetizer
As with pretty much all Earl's locations, this location had excellent food and wait staff service.nnI ate in the lounge and enjoyed the overall setup and layout. The central bar which had seats on both sides encouraged interaction between the patrons who took full advantage to speak with each other and the bartender too.nnI loved the Happy Hour discounts on the Angry Lettuce Wraps and the Tropic Storm Pizza for sure! In fact, the food was so delicious that it created room for wings and a Dynamite Roll too.nAs the time for the Oilers game start approached it got busier and busier. People were having a great time.nnThe area that needs some rethinking and attention is the hostess and management policy of directly asking for each customer's phone number as if it is a requirement to eat there. They will then take your number and enter it into a CRM database. This is REGARDLESS if you have a reservation or not. In fact, they don't ask if you have a reservation before asking for your phone number.nnTo double check if this was a staff error or misunderstanding I emailed Piper, the manager to enquire why I was being asked for my number at the front desk and he said that it is now policy at all Earl's locations to ask for this so that if I ever want to book a reservation that it will be smoother. This may be the policy at this location, but it most certainly is not at the myriad of other locations. When I suggested that perhaps the policy should be that you ask if there is a reservation first and then cross check with a phone number that would have been provided by telephone or online app I received no follow-up response. Piper did offer to remove my number from the system, but that is unnecessary because I refused to provide it to the staff in the first place.nnThe first impression upon entry is crucial. Making it a CREEPY DATA MINING experience is not helpful. As an Earl's alumni I am dismayed by this management's policy. Do better please.
