I asked for the biggest burger they call it a sandwich - aloha. It was very tasty!! It's big, juicy and just like you can imagine a pineapple burger. My boyfriend took a spicy burger it wasn't spicy. The atmosphere in the place is not bad, but a little dirty. Since people clean up after themselves there, most often they don't, which is sad. The staff looked like a complete mess... they made me a burger for 10-15 minutes, although the meat was already ready, as I understood it, this is their trick. But I can say with confidence that I will come here again to ask for something else because I liked it.

If I could give Jolibee a negative rating, I would. This place is an absolute disgrace. Just because you’re a fast food restaurant, does that give you the right to ignore basic hygiene? The tables were filthy, and it seems like cleanliness is not a priority here at all. I had to switch tables four times, and each one was covered in grease and grime. Don’t even think about putting your sleeves on the table while eating – they will get dirty. The service was abysmally slow. Despite having 10 employees in the kitchen, they were too busy goofing off and laughing to do any actual work. My dining experience was horrendous. I ordered a bucket of fried chicken and waited over 20 minutes. Seriously, you call this a fast food restaurant? It’s a joke. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and health.

Stopped in on the weekend while I was visiting Edmonton. As it was my first time going here I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was absolutely wowed! The service and food quality were awesome here and although I hear the prices have gone up in these restaurants, it was still fair for what you get. I quite enjoyed my meal and will be back in the future!

If I can give negative stars I would! Is this a joke? This place is an overpriced, overhyped joke of a restaurant! Food is overpriced with mediocre taste! Popeyes has better chicken for less. The spaghetti serving is too small for the price! $6 for a burger that’s a size of a cheeseburger at McDonald’s. This place is sooooo overpriced! I understand inflation but this is wide open robbery! On top of that, the staff is so rude. Not willing to help and gave us attitude. When we ordered the staff told us right away that the chicken will be 30 mins wait but when I pointed out that there are about 6-7 trays full of chicken behind him he just ignored me said “no, it’s going to be 30 min wait” on top of that a cup of rice is also going to be a 25 min wait. What a joke of a restaurant this is! Will never come back and will definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!

Spicy chicken sandwich is very good. Higher quality chicken than the normal fast food place. Fries are air fried which is a preference for me, so big thumbs up there. The fried chicken leg has excellent crispy breading, but the chicken is poor. Easily the worst fried chicken of the main Canadian chains. It would be the best if the chicken was white meat or even a better version of the dark meat that they serve. Love the fort like booths for seating inside the restaurant. Friendly staff.
