I got there before 11 am. There was a short line up already before the restaurant opened. I ordered small chicken wings, beef noodles and lemongrass short ribs. The food was good. I liked the complimentary soup bone. Chicken wings tasted on a bit salty side I ate it with rice. The service was great. There were a lot of servers helping you clearing your dishes, that was a plus.
I came to try this restaurant because I heard good things about it. So my family and I, also a bunch of friends came together to have some lunch. The food was amazing, Asian food is my preferred kinda food that makes me full and satisfied. Other than food, the service was also excellent, we had 2 people birthday on that day, and they treated us so special. What a good and kind service you have. Thank you so much!
Phnom Penh is a go to destination for locals and tourists. It blends Vietnamese and Cambodian dishes into delicious meals that’s served family style. We’ve never been disappointed going there. Our go to dishes are the famous wings, butter beef and luc lac with an egg. The moo shakes are great too. We’ve also had the papaya salad which is pretty tasty and refreshing too. The only issue with Phnom Penh is that they don’t do reservations and with it being so popular, you’re most likely going to have to wait. But it’s definitely worth it! There’s a bar down the street where you can wait things out.
One of my wife’s favourite restaurants in Vancouver! We booked our table well in advance since they’re always so busy. Personally, I think the food is decent—just a bit on the pricey side—but the in-laws loved everything, and that’s what matters most. The chicken wings are definitely recommended.nnI’m sure we’ll be back again soon
If you are in Vancouver this is a must stop. Almost every table orders the fried chicken wings. We enjoyed it so much we ate here twice during our 7 day trip. Uber / Lyft in and out locals will say that too, surrounding area is not safe.nnThe first time we went we waited about 30 minutes and the second time we went we avoided the lunch rush and were seated right away.nnThe most important thing to order are the chicken wings. They do not disappoint. Crispy on the outside, tender inside and very flavorful. We also ordered the fried squid and fried shrimp 2nd time also cooked like the chicken. We also got shrimp fried rice which we enjoyed too.nnWe ate some incredible food like fresh seafood dishes and sushi in Vancouver but this was #1 on our list. Just do me a favor and try this spot!
