Grand dining room, which is rare these days. Yummy dim sum. Tasty dinners. Friendly service. Got refunded full $7 for parkade fee!

Came on Chinese New Year day. The place was full of people as usual. Service was acceptable but the food was okay at best. Halfway through our lunch, the building fire alarm was triggered but no one paid attention to it. No announcement or reassurance was given. We quickly left soon after.

Dim sum was OK, flavours were mild. Restaurant was way too big, couldn't keep up with the food. Had to wait a long time. Need more staff as well.

This is a great place for traditional Vancouver Chinatown dim sum. Delicious food and free parking!
