This place is hidden away near Home Depot and the Rocky Mountaineer Station off of Terminal Avenue and well worth the effort to find it! It has that Diner "feel" which I love. The staff is friensly, the service is efficient and the prices are reasonable and affordable! The food is tasty and fresh. The portions are adequate to generous. The fries are great. They had at least 3 specials on the board and we are headed back to try the breakfast!!!! A great breakfast spot for Rocky Mountaineer Staff!

Food here is great, it's truly a hidden gem! Fairly inexpensive for the amount of food you get. Usually under $10 Hours are 8am-4pm Mon-Fri Everything is cooked fresh daily including the muffins and cookies.

This place is terrible since new management took over. I work for a business nearby with limited eating options, and have had a number of bad experiences. Most recent, I went there for lunch and ordered a sandwich, fries, and a side of mayo. After waiting in a long line and paying for my food, they brought me out my food and I noticed there was no mayo. When I politely asked about it I was advised there was no mayo on my receipt and I was not going to get any. I told them I ordered it with my food and got a “too bad, so sad” reaction. A moment later the server who took my order handed me the mayo and said I could go, so I walked out. Halfway down the block I heard the kitchen staff call me out of the door and when I turned around they said “sorry, the owner wants you to come back and pay for the mayo”, so I went back (feeling very irritated) and paid the SEVENTY NINE cents I owed them (I put more than that in their tip jar). I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, and have never heard of being called back in after leaving an establishment, in front of many other customers, to pay for a CONDIMENT that they forgot to add to my bill. It was their mistake in the first place!! Me and my colleagues have been going there for a long time, and I have never complained when they F-ed up my orders. Terrible customer service. I will definitely never go back and discourage anyone from getting food from these people. By the way, the mayo was the best part of my otherwise bland meal.
