The agent who helped us today gave us incorrect quote. She didn’t explain how did she come up with that amount. I was not satisfied with her explanation so I went to two different broker to help me. No agent comment either about the changes she made in our policy. She just call ICBC until we say so to verify about my drivers factor. From what she said 1.25 down to .8. I think I went to the wrong broker.
They were there when I needed them. Very friendly and professional staff
