Beware of this insurance agency. They tricked me into paying a payment plan enrollment fee when I paid the whole amount of the car insurance renewal upfront. After asking twice why I was made to sign a payment plan schedule when I was paying the whole amount, the lady got upset and told me it was a standard procedure. Later that day I realized about this scam. The next day, I spent 2 hours complaining about it, and I was told that nothing could be done. I kept insisting and the manager finally asked the employee to give me a refund for the enrollment fee. He told me "take the money and just leave". Stay away from these guys!

I brought in an insurance form from my workplace to the male working at the front desk. He had never seen this form before so he politely asked his colleague for help. For the remaining time I was there I felt extremely uncomfortable and shocked to see how this colleague treated this male employee. She stood over his shoulder and used words like "This is why I tell you to think!" And "You're doing it wrong again!" Her tone of voice was impatient, angry and flat out rude. I couldn't imagine how she treats him or other colleagues when a customer isn't sitting right in front of her. Workplace harassment.

Awesome service, excellent hours and the staff is very accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Very friendly and helpful, thank you very much!

Staff is not knowledgeable. When better options are available, why should one visit this clumsy place.
