They give you a good quote on auto insurance...but the lady that assisted me with that was all nice in the beginning, but when she realized I was there just for a quote, her service completely changed. Her voice changed, her service changed and was pretty much kicking me out by answering very short to each question. She didn't even respond to the most common topic reaction: gloomy weather.
