Perpetual Insurance

Not sure why the low reviews seems like they had bad services years ago. I renewed my auto insurance here twice the past year and the service honestly was great. They even gave free wall calendars

Everyone's condo insurances are going up, that's not something that can be avoided. But what can be avoided is extremely terrible service. I got yelled at by the older lady with the glasses for not bringing a clear enough print out. I couldn't get one b/c my building manager was on vacation. I will definitely be switching my insurance. Instead of apologizing, the front desk girl told me that's just the way she is and that maybe i shouldn't have a problem w/ her tone. Either way, avoid at all costs! Edit to add: My police went from approx $400 --> $600 now to ---> $900 in a span of 3 years i've been lazy but im going to look for a new insurer. They are also incredibly rude!

Summary: False calculation. Poor manner. I renewed my auto insurance with them twice. The guy was okay but the lady was always in a poor manner. My auto insurance was $1000 deductible for both comprehensive and accident only for pleasure use. One day that I thought about changing my plan to $500 deductible and communicating to work. C&N’s professional broker gave me the plan which is even $360 cheaper than I got from Perpetual. I thought that wouldn’t be such big difference in between each insurance brokers as we pay ICBC until I got this experience.

Very disappointing service. The staff don't want to wait for a few more minutes when I was contacting the bank to solve the credit card payment issue.She told me that she can not waiting any longer since she will open the door tomorrow Sunday at 8:00 AM . But actually the office is open 11 AM on Sunday. She is lying!

Called them on the phone asking if they have private auto insurance. Told me they did. Came into the office and said they didnt.

I have been dealing with Michelle at this location for several years and find her service very professional and efficient

Circled around all metromall, couldn't find it!!!
