Linda Meadley and her team are professional and experienced, providing top notch customer service and expert advice when I needed a quote FAST for my home insurance.  The quote came in much lower for much better coverage so it was an easy switch from my previous provider.  I am super happy to recommend Linda and the Co-Operators!

Superb customer service. I came here to renew my auto insurance. What I needed wasn't exactly straight forward because I was contemplating storing my car for the summer and other fine details. I found James at The Co-operators to be an excellent advisor, who was patient and open to all my questions. He answered everything and helped to lay out the options clearly. In the end, I walked out feeling more knowledgable about my auto insurance and comfortable with my decision. In addition, I also inquired about a quote for home insurance. Again, James was very helpful in explaining everything to me, and made me feel that he had my interest at heart.  I highly recommend coming to this location for your insurance needs.

I came in 5 mins before close and Cindy stayed back to answer all my questions about my policy and how I was covered. She even called to find out questions when she want sure. To top it off I was offered Merci chocolates when I was leaving. Drop by and ask for Cindy you'll be glad you did.

Excellent service! Able to quickly and efficiently switch my payment method for my car insurance. Will be back to renew my car insurance in the new year.
