I've been going here for years since I moved to Victoria full-time. The staff are fantastic; I often interact with Justin and he's been wonderful to deal with. The only downside is they aren't open early (so I could drop by bike off before work); however, they're offering this service in March 2017, so kudos to them to listening to their customer base. Thanks guys!!

Asked to fix a popped tube, swap tire if they need to. Cost wasn't the problem if it fixed the issue. Swapped tube and it immediately burst the next day. Came back and instead of trying to work with me to find a fair balance, refuse to remove labour charge for the new repair. Wasn't asking for free just a fair resolution for the missed shard of glass the first time. Penny Pinchers and bad excuse for customer experience. Going down the hill to their competitor. Recommend you of the same
