Story

Cycles West is a family run company. Owner Simon Ciceri has been working in the bicycle industry for over 30 years. His wife Jill is the Office Manager.
Simon has worked in bike shops in England, Italy, the United States, as well as shops across Canada.

It is safe to say cycling is Simon's passion. Simon rode semi-professionally in Europe as well as having done many local races. He has also completed many triathlons, including Ironman Canada. Simon also trained as a coach in England, which comes in handy when he is fitting people to their bike.

Simon's other passions are co-owner and wife Jill and their son Eric. Jill frequently rides with husband Simon to relax and enjoy Victoria and surroundings as well as being a frequent commuter cyclist. Whether out on their tandem or on separate bikes the family’s rides are always enjoyed. It is Simon's goal for Eric to enjoy cycling as much as the rest of his family does.

Whether you are new to cycling or an advanced cyclist, if you love the challenge of a triathlon or adrenaline rush of road racing, or just like to relax on your bicycle, Cycles West is dedicated to providing you with the your ideal bike. We believe that no matter what you do it should be done with finesse, a positive attitude, friendliness, politeness, and enthusiasm for life.
