I'm not a review writer but feel it's important to share how great the service is here. This shop is a busy spot, but they took the time to answer all of my questions (and there were many) and offered some very helpful pointers. Highly recommend!

Friendly service. Bought a $600 hybrid for daily commuting 3 months ago, have been riding it rain or shine daily and its still running perfectly fine.

Seems like a nice shop, and is conveniently close to my work but every time I've been there they don't have what I need and give me a "sorry we don't have that". So far I've tried to find: • A 80mm stem • A chain checker tool and a cassette tool • Shimano Sandals • Barrel adjuster springs • A specific pair of Cool Stop or Swiss Stop brake pads • Probably many other things that I've forgotten or just gone to other bike shops for because I'm starting to give up hope on this one. I did manage to buy a set of road shift cables, but I remember them being at least $10 a pop.
