Great crew of passionate individuals. Incredible service, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and honest staff, and an awesome new location on Cook Street to boot. In a city with so many great bike shops (and with good experiences in most all of them) these guys still find a way to stand out, go the extra mile (or 10) and come out on top for me. If you're looking for a reliable place to service your bike or are looking to hop on to a new city, cargo, cross, road, foldable (or other?) bike or get setup on the latest e-bike, check these guys out. You won't be disappointed. Keep up the awesome work guys.

All the staff are super friendly. They ordered in new tires and replaced my old ones faster than expected. A great selection of accessories and helmets. They even have free air on the outside to pump you up. A great little bike shop. Fairly priced. They recycle old tires as well 👌👌👌

Fantastic! I have had the great pleasure to develop strong, long-term relationships with a number of Victoria’s best bike shops at various stages of my cycling “journey” ... from Ironman triathlons to early days mountain bike riding at the dump to VCL racing and Gran Fondo’s. Each has provided me with different experiences, bikes, rides, and services depending on my riding needs at the time. Recently I grew interested in bikepacking, and was referred to North Park Cycle. In a few short visits they have shown me once again how lucky our cycling community is here in Victoria. The owners and staff are clearly passionate, knowledgeable, caring and helpful across a broad range of riding. I am already looking forward to becoming a long term friend of North Park Cycle, and would highly recommend their services. Jamie

Great service. When it isn't something that I am willing or or able to do myself, I always get my family's bikes repaired here. They are prompt and always notify you if something unexpected comes up before going ahead with repairs. They offer a wide variety of parts options when repairs are needed. I have never felt pressured to buy more expensive parts for my commuting bikes or my more expensive mountain bikes. They carry several bike brands and good quality touring and commuting accessories. Joe has even fixed a bent derailed hanger for free when my bike fell over on my repair stand. Victoria has lots of great bike shops but Joe and his staff are always kind and considerate whether you are new to cycling or a bicycling fanatic with several bikes in your quiver.

Had to post a great review for these guys after reading another seriously negative and misguided review... The first time I stopped in was on a whim just to browse some bike locks. Someone stood with me and went through the pros and cons of every single one they had in stock. I walked out with a fantastic bike lock that perfectly suits my needs. My second experience was to get a full tune up on my bike. The mechanic went through every aspect of the tune up and quoted me a very fair price (the cost of the service ended up being quite a few dollars cheaper too). The tune up was done the very next day despite them being clearly busy with biking season in full swing. They even offered to store my bike for a few days since I was out of town and couldn't pick it up. Excellent service, wonderful people, very fair prices. Highly recommend!
