These guys are great. I went in looking for a second hand bike and Mike was super personable and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. Even though their used bikes were too big for my size, they gave me great recommendations and offered I bring a bike in to have it looked over quickly when buying off used Victoria. Great service, clean shop with awesome employees.

Staff at Russ Hay's are always friendly and knowledgable. It is one of those stores where you feel like you are dealing with a friend. It is my primary go to bike store for all cycling supplies..

Cycling journeymen work here. The service is friendly and experienced at bicycle parts surgery. Victoria store located 600 block of Hillside, at Government ( beside Midas ). They had a fair lot of new bikes as well.

Great bike shop, got my Jake there years ago, continue to get it serviced at their shop - in fact, it's in there now (accident, ouch...)

I am very impressed with their dedication to helping the biking community, they have gone above and beyond in helping me! This is my go to shop for everything bikes and am always very pleased :)
