Online Store Had such a hard time getting my online order from them. Didn't really receive the best service regarding the matter with them. Received a handful of sample lubricants from the company as an apology gift. It would have much better if they offered me a 30% off coupon code to get me back to shop! That I would definitely put to good use. However the manager didn't even deal with the situation she passed it on to a lady named (Mary rose- thank you for your help) I don't think there is a level of respect for their customers to keep them happy. Oh well.. Won't be spending any more money with them again.

Amazing store. In an odd area, the girl was helpful and professional. Store is neat, clean, organized and we felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend here. Though, no return/exchange; they do check item for you before you buy.

They wouldn't cover a DOA product less than 24 hours old, they offered no solution at all except deal with the manufacturer in California. Thanks a lot. Big waste of money.
