Big store, wide selection of shoes. I bought several shoes here and all shoes were comfortable and fashionable and didn’t look cheap even they were cheap. Friendly customer service.

I was NOT HAPPY with this place at all. I was there on a Sunday and saw these waterproof boots that I needed for a trip I was going on. They were on sale for $54.99 so I asked the sales rep to put them on hold for me, because i didn't have the $$ at the time. They have a two day hold so I'm back there on Tuesday to get the boots. The boots came up to $79.99!! That was completely ridiculous. The sales rep should have told me that the sale was going to end. The boots were not worth $79; they were all scuffed at the bottom. On top of that, I explained this to them, and the store manager at the time, Diane, was so rude about it. She said she had to go by what was in the system. She was also rude when I came in, and tried to rush me out of the store. Overall, I wasn't happy at all with this experience and I would not go back there ever again.

Awful customer service. I called in to put a pair of size 6 shoes on hold and when I came in to pick them up, they had given me a pair of size 7's in a size 6 box. I went back to discuss this issue and the associate refused to help me because they were closing. I totally understand if you want to get your closing duties done, but it wasn't handled professionally. She didn't even double check the shoes before bagging them or asked me if I wanted to try them on. Super disappointed

I like their price and goods, they are not of cheap quality. I have been using winter shoes since last 4 months and no complaints. The service was great and staff provided friendly suggestions.
