Expensive store. Not a great selection of dress shoes or party bags. Been there 3 times and walked out empty handed.  Clearance  items are the only area that is afordable.  Better to go to the outlet malls or the DSW in Buffalo.  Their prices are better than this location.  Too bad looked forward to a location opening up near me.

Perfect for shoe lovers. I bought 5 pair of shoes today from heartland location really awesome deals and really really helpful staff.

Always so many choices all year round! Staff is always around to help, super friendly but don't follow you around. I even lost my phone there once and a man and woman working there saved it and helped me recover it. :) like this place a lot!

The staff was very helpful. They have a pretty good selection of men's dress shoes (which is what I went for). They definitely had a better selection than The Shoe Company, Payless, and a couple of other shoe stores around Heartland Town Centre.
