I have been an Ecco guy for over 20 years, enjoying their Best quality and comfort.
Square One store is absolutely amazing , nice and clean.

I had two pairs that I needed to return and the manager readily agreed and helped me pick out two replacement pairs.  I've been an ECCO fan for years and find these shoes to be extremely comfortable and hard wearing.  Customer service at the Sq. One is outstanding.

The shoes where really comfy, however I had to return my due to the fact that it did not suit my taste. The cashiers are also really nice and the bag is not bad at all
