Terrible customer service ...Stay away!!!

I went to this location looking for Finn Comfort shoes there selection was poor and outdated.  I decided to buy insoles and I was told by the sales person that she we wouldn't sell them to me just in case someone else wanted them.  I was insulted so I contacted the manager the next day only to find out I was dealing with the owner.  How someone so unprofessional can own a store is totally beyond me.  I will never come back to this location ever again.
