Small selection - much better variety online. I came in with the intention of buying a pair of Chelsea boots (which I'd seen a large selection of online, but wanted to try them on). Sales associate is completely incompetent - on 05/06/2018 @1 p.m - no greeting, no attempt to ask me if I needed help, ran past me several times (putting back shoes when there's customers that are waiting for help...). When she ran past me the third time, she curtly said "hold on" and didn't come back to me at all. I clearly was holding 4 styles in my hand so it's obvious I was waiting for sizes. I ended up leaving not purchasing a single shoe. Won't be coming back and very glad a single dollar of mine didn't go to Black Curly Hair Girl. P.S. girl, don't work in retail if you clearly can't. To the manager, please hire better staff.

Store is poorly organized and messy. I didn’t even have a place to put my wallet on the cash registers because it was covered in tags and junk. Selection is decent but good luck trying to get someone to help you get a size. Staff is not very attentive and lazy. You’re better off ordering online. However I got a pair of sorrel boots (that they didn’t have in store and I ordered online) and they’re fantasist.

This place is small and the wait to get sizes is sooo long. The guy went to get my husband three shoes and never came back until my husband found him and he said he forgot to give the shoes to my husband as he started helping someone else. This was very disappointing we ended up buying at the shoe company on the plaza across from them. They don’t carry big variety as well. I checked the ladies boots but nothing impressive nor do they carry all sizes.

Is this location really that busy that no one can ever answer the phone regardless of what time in the day I call?? Hire more staff or answer the phone!
